          The purpose of this letter is to ask you to help support the Clear Brook High School Football Booster Club for the 2021-2022 football season. We believe that each player should have the safest equipment, transportation, and supportive coaching staff to help them succeed, and we need your help to do that.

 

          As you may not know, the football team does not receive the money collected through ticket sales, and most of our funding for team expenses comes from donations. Each year it is a challenge to raise funds for our football program, and last year hit us particularly hard during COVID-19 making it difficult for us to manage our yearly expenses. Some of the expected expenses this year include weekly pre-game meals, Hudl account fees, senior scholarships, and other unforeseen yearly expenses.

 

          Part of the Clear Brook Football Booster Club’s mission is to help provide these resources through donations and fundraising. As a sponsor, you will help our football players develop leadership skills, self- discipline, and pride in themselves and their community.

 

          Included in this letter are a variety of sponsorship packages for you to review. All donations to our football program are tax-deductible as we are a 501C(3) nonprofit organization. You will receive a receipt and thank you letter for your donation. Thank you in advance for your generous contribution and for considering our request.
