Rank One and Physicals
ALL PLAYERS need to complete their paperwork and upload their copies of their physical to Rank One in order to be cleared for practice. This needs to be done as soon as possible!
Reminder that you can upload your child’s athletic physical for the 2023-2024 school year into Rank One, please know it will either be Approved or Denied pending review by the athletic trainers. Below are several reasons why the RankOne forms and physical you upload may be denied:
1. Student has Asthma and Use an inhaler – missing district medication form must be sign by physician
2. Incorrect Physician Page uploaded. You must upload the doctors signed page of the physical to be approved.
3.Doctor marks NOT CLEARED on the physical form.
4. Unable to read the uploaded copy. Scanning the form using the “Notes” app on your phone produces better quality than simply taking a photo.
5. The date of the physical is prior to April 1, 2023
Ticket Information
For tickets to all games (Varsity, JV, and Freshmen) please follow the steps below:
1. Go to http://gofan.co
2. Search "Clear Brook"
3. Select the game you want and purchase
Tickets will be digital and will be scanned at the competition site for entry
